Cav. Lav. Brunello Cucinelli Executive Chairman and Creative Director

Brunello Cucinelli was born in 1953 in Castel Rigone, a small 13th-century hamlet in the province of Perugia, to a peasant family.

After obtaining a diploma as building surveyor, he enrolled in the faculty of Engineering, but dropped out his studies. In 1978 he set up a small company and amazed the market with the idea of dyeing cashmere. Since he was a boy, he witnessed his father's painful working events and became a close observer of the world, thus developing the dream of work that respected human being's moral and economic dignity.

This aspect is crucial to understand his personality and the success of his company, which Brunello sees not only as a source of wealth, but also as a sphere of action to develop and increase the dream of a capitalism that values the human being. The knowledge of the great men of the past fuels his dreams and ideals, but his gaze is constantly turned to the future, and each of his actions, works is designed to last through the centuries.

In 1982, after marrying Federica Benda, with whom he had two daughters, Camilla and Carolina, Brunello moved to Solomeo, which became the home of his dreams and the great laboratory of his successes as an entrepreneur and humanist. The benevolent welcoming that the market, which in the meantime had become international, reserved for his Made in Italy quality products, gave him the opportunity to realize his ideals. In 1985 he bought the hamlet's 14th-century ruined castle and made it the company's headquarters; in 2000, in order to adequate the production facilities to the growing demands of the market, he bought and adapted an existing factory at the foot of the hamlet of Solomeo, avoiding the construction of new ones.

The new building of the “Forum of the Arts”, with the annexed Aurelian Neohumanist Library, the Gymnasium, the Amphitheater and the Theater, became the deputed place of culture and art. It was at that time that the desire, concretized in 2012, to present the enterprise to the Milan Stock Exchange was born. Even in this caseit was not only about the financial aspect, because Brunello saw in the broader participation in his activity as an entrepreneur the possibility of widely spreading the ideals of a new capitalism, a "Humanistic Capitalism."

From the experience of the “Forum of the Arts”, built by Umbrian master craftsmen and inspired by William Morris and John Ruskin, came the idea of the "School of High Contemporary Crafts for Arts and Crafts," which came to light in 2013. Brunello's vision for the future wants the memory of such an important humanistic factor as craftsmanship should be preserved and transmitted, and the school is the place where this aspiration is transformed into reality.

In 2014, the Brunello and Federica Cucinelli Foundation presented the Project for Beauty, with which three vast parks were realized in the valley at the foot of the hamlet of Solomeo (Parco Agrario, Parco dell’Oratorio Laico, Parco dell’Industria) by recovering part of the land occupied by old disused factories in favor of trees, orchards and meadows. The initiative symbolizes the crucial value of the land, from which, according to the thought of Senòphanes, "everything comes." With this project Brunello emphasises the imperative of restoring dignity to the earth, and feeling himself a little custodian of creation, he demonstrates that "Beauty will save the world," whenever the world, in turn, will save Beauty.

Brunello Cucinelli has received an extraordinary number of national and international awards for his "Humanistic Capitalism": in 2018, the University of Messina, deeming Brunello Cucinelli a "concrete thinker, cultural promoter and true patron of our times," awarded him a PhD in Philosophy honoris causa. In previous years the prestigious appointments, in 2010, as Cavaliere del Lavoro, given to him by the President of the Republic of Italy, and in the same year the Honorary Degree in Philosophy and Ethics of Human Relations with which the University of Perugia wanted to pay tribute to his high activity as a humanist entrepreneur. In 2017 he received the "Global Economy Prize for the World Economy" by the influential Kiel Institute, which commented that he was able to "[...] perfectly embody the figure of the Honorable Merchant". In 2018, another prestigious title of excellence was awarded to him with the appointment as Cavaliere di Gran Croce al merito della Repubblica Italiana. In September 2021, he received in London the "Designer of the Year" award, conferred on him by the leading British men's fashion magazine "GQ", in confirmation of his constant humanistic commitment as a fashion designer and entrepreneur and for various Human Sustainability projects. In October 2021, Brunello Cucinelli was invited to attend the G20 in Rome to bring his idea of "Humanistic Capitalism and Human Sustainability" to the attendance of world leaders and the then His Highness Prince, now King, Charles of the United Kingdom. In 2022he was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa in Management,Banking and Commodity Sciences, by the University of Rome "La Sapienza”, a prestigious title that Rector Antonella Polimeni commented with beautiful words, "for having been able to combine a successful entrepreneurial story with respect for the vocation of the territory and social values, giving birth to a new humanism of enterprise." The special feature of his entrepreneurial action has always been to offer work with full respect for "the moral and economic dignity of human being." Business was therefore conceived by him, not only as a means of generating profit, but also as a means of developing a model of capitalism that places human beings and their enhancement at the center. In March 2023 he was awarded the prestigious "Neiman Marcus Award for distinguished service in the field of fashion," which the Dallas-based luxury department store confers on figures around the world who have most influenced fashion since the 1930s. In December, the prestigious men's fashion magazine GQ China gave the "Designer of the Year 2023" award to Brunello Cucinelli for "distinguishing himself as a trend-setter in fashion and lifestyle."

    Born in Perugia in 1981, he graduated with a Master's Degree in Legal Science from the University of Perugia, discussing a thesis on Corporate Culture and Cultural Sustainability.

    He joined the Brunello Cucinelli Group in 2006 and gained considerable experience firstly within the finance division, more specifically in the area of investment planning and control, and then as the head of programming, control and planning of the retail business.

    Riccardo Stafanelli became the Group's legal contact person in 2007.

    He was appointed member of the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. in 2011.

    From April 2017 until May 2020, he served as co-commercial director of the Group with responsibility for the management and development of the single-brand and multi-brand network.

    In 2020 he became CEO, with delegated powers for Product and Operations.

    He is a member of the Council for Human Sustainability and Humanistic Capitalism, headed by the founder of the Solomeo-based compnay, aimed at preserving and cultivating the indispensable ethical values that inspire the model of life and work promoted by the Solomeo enterprise.

    Furthermore, since March 2018 he has been President of the Umbria Business School devoted to the Training Systems of Confindustria Umbria, within which he is also Delegate for Culture and Member of the Board of Directors of the Textile-Clothing Section. All these experiences gradually acquired within Confindustria Umbria, in parallel with his commitment to the business of the Solomeo-based company, have led him to focus even more significantly on the needs and development potential peculiar to his territory and the network of businesses that animates it.

    In May 2023, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of AC Milan.

    Born in Treia (Macerata), on 16 November 1978. After having attended classical studies, he graduated in Economics and Social Sciences at the “Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi” in Milan. He started his career at the Marketing Division of L'Oreal Paris in Italy, as product manager of the brand “Studio Line”. In 2005 he joined Luxottica as Key Account Manager. Over the years he took on roles of increasing responsibility within the Wholesale Division of Luxotttica which led him to know the Group's global commercial organization and to increase contacts with the industrial division, developing projects to optimize the supply chain and maximize customer service quality. In 2011 he was appointed General Manager of Luxottica Brazil, based in Sao Paulo. In the first months he took care of the completion of the acquisition of Tecnol, leading manufacturer and distributor of glasses in Latin America.

    In the nearly five years of management of Luxottica Brazil, he completed the vertical integration and created a solid and steady growth, so that Luxottica Brazil has become one of the key branches of Luxottica Group. In March 2016 he ceased his relationship with Luxottica Group. In April 2016 he becomes a key officer of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.; in the same month he is appointed Director of the Company. From April 2017 to May 2020 he served as Chief Commercial Officer with responsibility of managing and developing for mono- and multi-brand networks of the Brunello Cucinelli Group and as the Group’s Co-CEO. Since May 2020 he serves as CEO with powers regarding the area of Markets.

    Born in Perugia on July 29, 1982, Camilla is the eldest child of Federica and Brunello Cucinelli. She obtained a language education and then joined the Brunello Cucinelli family enterprise in 2002.

    After a training experience in the commercial field, carried out between Italy and the United States, she focused on the creative process and joined the company's Style Office. Over the years, she has contributed to the development of the Brunello Cucinelli collections by proposing new lines of clothing, jewelry and accessories.

    Camilla personally supervises the development of the collections and all their phases, scheduling periodic research trips and attending major international exhibitions in order to gather and study trends and materials. The in-depth analysis of textile fibers and yarns constitutes one of the most intense moments of the entire process, together with the selection of colors, which also involves continuous comparisons between Camilla and the Style Office team.

    Great importance in her activities is the aspect of sustainability, the pillar and founding value of the entire Brunello Cucinelli philosophy, which is applied methodically and with great rigor to the creative process.

    Camilla studies the silhouette of individual garments in detail, placing particular emphasis on proportions and dimensions, finally arriving at the complex phase of garment industrialization that will lead to the production.

    Camilla's activity focuses on both ready-to-wear collections and the varied universe of accessories, and both lines are conceived and created with the aim of producing a total look that harmoniously combines the two types of products.

    She is constantly devoted to the development of all those activities that involve sociocultural initiatives for the benefit of the local community and the enhancement and maintenance of the hamlet of Solomeo.

    Camilla currently serves as Co-Head Women's Creative Director and is member of the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.

    In March 2024, she was granted powers in the areas of Product and Image.

  • Carolina Cucinelli Executive Director

    Born in Perugia on Feb. 23, 1991, Carolina is the second-born daughter of Federica and Brunello Cucinelli.

    After graduating from high school with an artistic diploma in Fashion and Costume-a course of training that enabled her to learn about cutting, tailoring and printing on fabric-she became increasingly passionate about studying the subject in the creation of garments.

    In 2010 she joined the family enterprise Brunello Cucinelli. While initially she worked as an assistant in the Women's Style Office and then took on the role of head of the Accessories Division department, she later made a fundamental contribution to the realization of the digital project, "Artigiani umanisti del web," whose main results of which were the e-commerce platform (online boutique) and the redesigned company website. Carolina supervises the company's image and communication, especially through social platforms, which she often uses to give visibility to projects that are more strictly aimed at the younger generations, with a view to enthusing and involving young people who want to express their vocation.

    While closely following communication projects, she has also gradually become interested in the company's business strategy in the commercial sphere and its development, both wholesale and retail.

    She significantly contributed to the development and consolidation of the fundamental understanding of the Brunello Cucinelli brand with prestigious companies such as Oliver Peoples (2021) and, more recently, Luxottica (2022) and Euroitalia (2023), which led to the conception and creation of exclusive products such as eyeglasses, sunglasses and the recently presented fragrances for Women and Men.

    Carolina has been capable to better express such qualities by creating and cultivating, over time, pleasant relationships with all those friends of the brand, who are used to attend the events that from time to time are organized by the Cucinelli family, by profoundly sharing the founding values of the Impresa di Solomeo.

    In particular, together with her sister Camilla, she has been very active in the renovation project of the hamlet of Solomeo and in a series of social and cultural promotion activities that have brought significant benefits to the area. More precisely, by hosting international performances every year at the Cucinelli Theater and organizing open-air cinema in the summer at the Foro delle Arti in Solomeo, Carolina gave an impulse to an artistic-cultural program capable of strengthening the sense of community and making Solomeo an attractive hub for quality events.

    She currently serves as Co-Chairman and Co-Creative Director, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.

    In March 2024, she was granted powers in the areas of ProductImage and Communication.

  • Giovanna Manfredi Director

    She was born in Rome on August 30, 1961. After classical studies, she completed her education by graduating from the Scuola Superiore per Interpreti e Traduttori in Rome.

    In 1985 she entered the fashion world by founding her own atelier of made-to-measure garments in Via del Babbuino in Rome. Just two years later she devoted herself to the creation and production of her first ready-to-wear collection under the LE MANFREDI brand, distributed throughout Italy and produced entirely in Umbria.

    In 1992 she met Brunello Cucinelli, with whom she began the operational and corporate partnership that changed the brand name to GUNEX. The brand, which specializes in the creation and production of high-quality skirts and pants with a contemporary design, acquires a high international reputation over time.

    Over the next 20 years, she designed and developed the GUNEX-branded collections in close collaboration with the Style Office of BRUNELLO CUCINELLI cashmere, with the precise aim of coordinating the image of the two proposed lines with a view to stylistic and distributional synergy, in order to establish a precise and recognizable Group identity.

    Since 2011, following the fusion of GUNEX into BRUNELLO CUCINELLI S.p.A., she has been part of the BRUNELLO CUCINELLI’s style team, sharing responsibility for the creative development of the women's and children's collections.

    Giovanna Manfredi, in addition to her role as Creative Co-Chief of the Women's Style Office, currently directs the team of designers, pattern makers and tailors at BRUNELLO CUCINELLI's headquarters in Rome.

    She has been a member of the Board of Directors of BRUNELLO CUCINELLI S.p.A. since June 2011.

    He was born in Imola in 1965, after his studies in economics and business at the University of Bologna, he began his professional career at Ferrari in 1991, assuming positions of increasing responsibility, before becoming Head of Business Planning/ Control & International Race Director at the Ferrari-owned Mugello circuit and later Personnel, Organizational and Sponsorship Manager.

    In 1998 he was appointed Formula1 Team Manager. In 2004 he assumed the position of Ferrari’s Formula1 Sports Director and in 2008 he became Team Principal of Scuderia Ferrari, contributing to the Ferrari team's many victories.

    In 2014 he joined Audi AG as Vice President New Business Initiatives and in 2016 he was appointed Chairman & Chief Execuive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A.

    As Formula1 President and CEO, he is currently Co-Chairman of the F1 Commission and member of the WMSC FIA.

    In 2019, he was a member of the UEFA Organization Committee at the European Under-21 Football Championship.

    He has been an Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. since May 2020.

    He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Ferretti Group.

    Since 2021 he has been a member of the Technical Scientific Committee of Hyperloop Italy and a member of the International Advisory Board - Bologna Business School.

    From 2019 to 2021, he was President of the Automotive Industry of Confindustria Emilia and Member of the Advisory Board for Foreign Investors of Confindustria. From 2020 to 2021 he also served as Vice President of the Altagamma Foundation.

    In 2022, upon the recommendation of Cardinal Mauro Gambetti, he was appointed as a Member of the Sustainability Committee of the Fratelli Tutti Foundation.

    Over the years Stefano Domenicali has received numerous honors. He is Officer of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (2002), Commendatore of the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic (2019) and Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito del Lavoro (2023). He was also awarded the Collare d’Oro al Merito sportivo (2022).

    In October 2000, the Mayor of the City of Imola awarded Stefano Domenicali the highest city decoration "Il Grifone della Città di Imola," while in May 2023 he was conferred the "Keys of the City of Imola."

    At the 48th Anniversary Gala of the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF), he received the Leonardo da Vinci Award in Sports Management from the NIAF.

    Stefano Domenicali gives talks and seminars at leading international universities, including Columbia University in New York, Harvard Business School, Stanford University and SDA Bocconi.

    Andrea Pontremoli joined IBM in 1980, hired as a simple Maintenance Technician he then reached the level of European specialist for large computers. In 1985 he began his managerial career in the Bolzano Branch and later held positions of increasing responsibility, both in Italy and abroad, until 1994, when he joined the team that led to the creation of IBM Global Services in Italy two years later. From 1995 to 1997 he was Director Integrated Technology Services for Italy, a responsibility that, in 1997, was extended to markets in Southern Europe.

    In 1999 he left Milan and moved to Paris: first he was appointed Vice President Operations of Global Services at the Europe Middle East and Africa level, then he became General Manager Integrated Technology Services for the same geographical area. In August 2001 he came back to Italy to assume the position of General Manager IBM Global Services for Southern Europe, directing the operations of about 25,000 people. He held those role until June 2004, when he was appointed President and CEO IBM Italy.

    In October 2007, Andrea Pontremoli left his position as President and CEO of IBM Italy and accepted a new challenge, joining engineer Mr. Gian Paolo Dallara at the helm of Dallara Automobili, a historic company based in Varano de' Melegari, Valceno, in the province of Parma, which boasts an enviable palmares of successes collected all over the world.

    Pontremoli joined as a Partner of the founder, Mr. Gian Paolo Dallara, and held the position of CEO and General Manager with the goal of growing new innovative strategies for the development of the small Emilia-based company that, since 1972, had been designing and producing single-seater and non-single-seater racing cars engaged in the most important sporting events.

    Since November 2007, he is Director of the "Executive Master in Technology and Innovation Management" at Bologna Business School at the University of Bologna.

    Since April 2008, he is member of the Board of Directors of Barilla S.p.A.

    He is member of the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. since May 2012.

    Since January 2017, he is member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Parma.

    Since December 2017, he is member of the Board of Directors of Lincotek Group S.p.A.

    In 2004, the University of Parma awarded him an Honoris Causa degree in Computer Engineering for the expertise he gained over years of managerial activity and for his constant commitment to the technological development of territorial realities.

    On June 2nd, 2006, he received from President of the Republic Ciampi the honor of Cavaliere di Gran Croce Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana.

    Ramin Arani served as Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments for 26 years, where he has worked since graduating in International Relations from Tufts University in 1992. With reference to recent experience, he was Portfolio Manager of the Fidelity Puritan Fund from February 2008 to September 2018, when the Fund achieved the highest return of 5% from Lipper and Morningstar Balanced Fund Peers with reference to all key performance indicators for the reporting period. Under Ramin Arani’s management, the Fund was rated as "5 star" and "silver designated Fund."

    Previously, he managed the Fidelity Trend Fund for 7 years, the Health Care Sector Fund in the late 1990s and the Retail Select Fund in the second half of the 1990s. As a research analyst at Fidelity, from 1992 to 2000, Ramin had the opportunity to focus on a variety of industries including aerospace and defense, real estate investment trusts, retail and pharmaceuticals.

    Ramin has extensive investment experience in the consumer sector (media, luxury, retail, consumer products and services), as well as in the technology, healthcare, industrial and financial sectors. As an investor in private companies over the past 10 years, he has served as a Director in several companies such as Legendary Pictures, Vice, Moda Operandi, Rent the Runway, The Void and Goop.  He has served on the Board of Directors of Rumble Fitness, Sakara Life, Fast Acquisition Corp, Fast Acquisition Corp II.

    He currently serves as Director of the following companies: LiveOne (since January 2019), Rumble Fitness (since August 2019), and PodcastOne (since January 2019).

    From 2019 to 2021, he was CFO of Vice Media Group, since February 2022 he has been Operating Partner of &Vest Capital, and since April 2023 he has served as Senior Leader-Merchant Bank of LionTree.

    He is an Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. (since May 2020), where he serves as a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.

    His philanthropic commitments include serving as Director of the College Foundation at the University of Virginia, Nichols School, Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University, Opportunity Network, Devereux Cleo Wallace, and Danny & Ron's Rescue (dog shelter).

    Ramin Arani has three daughters, one of whom recently graduated at the University of Virginia, one recently graduated at Clemson University and the other is currently attending the University of Michigan. He enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing, running, tennis, and is an avid fan of American soccer, international soccer, and live music.

    She graduated in Economics at the University of Bologna in 1988 and in the same year graduated with an Audit Master jointly organized by the University of Bologna and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has been registered as a Certified Public Accountant since 1990 and as a Registered Auditor since 1999. Between 1989 and 1996 she developed the basis of her professional training in the auditing firm PricewaterhouseCoopers, initially as a financial statement auditor and later by gaining experience in the Transaction Services division in the United Kingdom and Italy, where she consolidated her background in economics and finance. She subsequently worked at Titan International Inc. Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, as Finance Director in Italy and later in Europe, where she gained extensive professional experience in processes of acquisition, reorganization, integration, change management, and disposal of non-strategic assets.

    In 2004, as Finance Director, she led the listing of Titan Europe Plc, on the AIM section of the London Stock Exchange, serving in the following years as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

    In 2005 Maria Cecilia La Manna led the acquisition of the Italtractor ITM SpA Group, a major global operator in the design, production and distribution of machinery components in the agricultural, mining and construction sectors, and since 2007 she has served as Chief Executive Officer of the same Group.

    She is currently Vice Chairman of Titan ITM Holding S.p.A., a Group that includes the Italtractor ITM S.p.A. Undercarriage Division and the Titan Italia S.p.A. Wheel Division.

    Since 2016, she has been in the Board of Directors of Technogym S.p.A. as an independent director and Chairman of the Control and Risks and Sustainability Committee.

    Since May 2020 she is an Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. and serves as a member of the Company's Control and Risks Committee (since May 2022 as Chairman). In April 2023, she was again appointed Chairman of the Control and Risks Committee and serves as Lead Independent Director.

    Emanuela Bonadiman was born in 1963 in Verona, Italy. In 1987 she graduated in translation at the International Interpreters School in Mons, Belgium and in 1988 in Political Science and International Relations at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. In 1990 she joined the Human Resources function in the Automotive sector, at BMW Italy and later in Munich. Since then she has dedicated herself to deepening HR skills and managing cross-cultural teams in various business sectors (among the most significant experiences in the role of VP HR EMEA in Trane Air Conditioning in Amsterdam, where she certified as a Coach in process excellence at the American Standard College in 1998;  as VP HR Europe at Arrow Electronics in Milan; as VP HR Europe based in Brussels and later in San Francisco, leading the Global Talent Management department for Levi's; Director HR World at Gucci and later heading the Talent Management function for the Kering Group in Paris). Through her career path, she has been able to acquire in-depth expertise on the topics of potential management, leadership development, executive coaching, development and training, change management, and compensation systems in complex structures. In 2008, at the Diversity Summit organized by the United Nations in NY she was rewarded for her contribution to Arrow Electronics' Gender Equality Promotion and Diversity Management Project. This recognition marked a turning point in both Emanuela Bonadiman's professional and personal journey, putting the theme of social responsibility and intergenerational solidarity at the center of her activities and interests.

    She has collaborated with the EMLUX Master's program at the Catholic University of Milan as an adjunct professor for many years. She is a lecturer in strategic HR management and has developed a "tailor-made" evolutionary path for Master's students.

    During the period 2012-2014, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Datalogic S.p.A. as Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and member of the Control and Risks Committee. Since April 2021, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of ERG S.p.A. as an independent director and Chairman of the Appointments and Remunerations Committee.

    She has been an Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. since May 2020; she is a member of the Company's Remuneration and Appointments Committee (from May 2022 with the role of Chairman). In addition, she has been a member of the Control and Risks Committee since May 2022. In April 2023, she was again confirmed as Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee and as a member of the Company's Control and Risks Committee.

    Since 2019, she has been running her own business focused on executive coaching and supporting intergenerational integration in the world of work. 

    She lives in Belgium and speaks fluently Italian, French, English, and practices German and Flemish.

    He was born June 5, 1981, in Perugia, where he attended the "Aldo Capitini" technical institute.

    After an initial work experience gained at the family firm, he joined the Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. in 2007, where he developed skills in production and gradually specialized more and more in the selection of fabrics and raw materials, with a specific focus dedicated to the leather sector.

    In 2015 he joined the Men's Style Office, where he had the opportunity to improve his creative qualities until he assumed the current prestigious role of Men's Creative Director.

    In 2021, he contributed to the growth of the relationship between the Cucinelli Group and the historic eyewear brand Oliver Peoples, and following that, he also gave his important contribution to the conception of exclusive products such as eyeglasses and sunglasses made under the prestigious collaboration with EssilorLuxottica in 2022 and perfumes for Women and Men packaged together with the producer of excellence Euroitalia (2023).

    Alessio has been cultivating a long-standing commitment to aesthetic-stylistic research in Brunello Cucinelli clothing and lifestyle sector in an international context. Over the years, he also distinguished himself for his remarkable aptitude for combination and so-called “sprezzatura”, which has thus confirmed him as a figure of reference in all those occasions that require confidence and creativity in dressing the "friends of the brand," who around the world share the founding values of the Solomeo-based company.

    He is passionate about the arts, cinema, motoring and sports.

    He is member of the Board of Directors of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. since April 2023.

    After graduating with a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University in 1993, she began her experience in London and Paris at Paribas Capital Markets (BNP Paribas Group), where she was in charge of stock market listings and equity and bond issues, becoming responsible for the Italian market. In 2000 she joined the Fininvest Group, reporting directly to the holding company's CEO to follow development operations of the group and its subsidiaries. In 2003 she joined Tiscali S.p.A. as Investor Relations and Corporate Finance Manager with responsibility for communication with investors, analysts and market authorities and for the company's financing and development activities abroad.
    Since 2011 she is part of SEA S.p.A., the second largest airport operator in Italy, where she held corporate and business development roles, before becoming general manager in 2014 and, in 2019, CEO of SEA Prime S.p.A., a leading business and general aviation company in Italy and Europe, whose rebranding and infrastructure development process she oversaw at Linate and Malpensa airports.

    She is independent director of Enervit S.p.A. since April 28th, 2017 and holds the position of Vice Chairman of the Related Parties Committee. She is independent director of Technogym S.p.A. since May 8th, 2018 and holds the positions of member of the Related Parties Committee and the Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee.

    Since April 2023, she is independent director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.; she is member of the company's Control and Risks Committee and Remuneration and Appointments Committee.

    Guido Barilla, current Chairman of the Barilla Group, was born in Milan in July 1958.

    After his studies in philosophy, he began his career in 1982 in the Sales Department of Barilla France, a subsidiary of the family company, and then went on to gain several working experiences in the United States at a few food companies.

    He returned to Parma, the headquarters of the Barilla Group, and in 1986 became an executive dealing mainly with the internationalization of the business, and in 1988 assumed the position of vice president.

    Following the death of his father Pietro, Guido Barilla was appointed President in October 1993, a position he still holds today. Since 2009, he has also been President of the Barilla Center for Food & Nutrition, now the Barilla Foundation.

    During his career he has also served on the Boards of Credito Italiano, RAS Assicurazioni and Danone S.A.

    Since April 2023 he is Independent Director of Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A.
