With reference to Brunello Cucinelli S.p.A. Shareholders' Meeting convened on a single call on April 23rd, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., please note that, pursuant to article 106, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 18 of 17 March, 2020, the attendance and the exercise of the right to vote by those entitled to attend the Meeting will take place exclusively through the company-designated proxy holder provided for by article 135-undecies of Italian Legislative Decree no. 58/1998.
